How to use:
In an aroma lamp - 2-5 drops per 15 sq.m. of room space.
For inhalations – 1-2 drops, procedure duration 4-7 minutes.
On aroma medallion-2-3 drops.
For rinses and compresses - 10-15 drops per 1 cup of boiled water.
In baths - 4-7 drops of oil, pre-mixed with an emulsifier (1/4—1/3 cup of milk, whey, solution of sea or table salt).
In saunas - 4-5 drops per 15 sq.m.
For massage - 7-10 drops per 10 ml of base oil, you can add 10 drops of rosemary oil (for trauma, arthritis).
For reflex massage - mix eucalyptus oil with carrier oil in a 1:1 ratio.
