We offer free door-to-door delivery by Naqel Express for orders over 199 SAR. For orders under 199 SAR the delivery cost is 39 SAR. Delivery time is 6-7 business days.

Your package will be delivered on average within 6-7 business days from the date of order, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery is made after receiving the order and paying online. You can pay for your order with a VISA/Mastercard card during checkout.
The maximum order value should not exceed 1000 SAR . If several parcels are received in one delivery for one recipient, the total value of the parcels is taken into account. Also, the parcel should contain no more than 3 units of the same product.
After placing an order, our customer service will process it. Once the package is packed, it will be handed over to the courier company.
