Courier Delivery
We offer free door-to-door delivery by Naqel Express for orders over 199 SAR. For orders under 199 SAR the delivery cost is 39 SAR
MAKEUP cooperates with Naqel Express company to deliver orders straight to your door.
The delivery is free for orders over 199 SAR. For orders under 199 SAR the delivery cost is 39 SAR.
Your parcel will be delivered on average within 6-7 business days from the date of your order excluding weekends and public holidays.
Your order will be sent from The European Union.
Delivery is carried out after we receive your order and payment online. You can pay for your order using VISA/Mastercard during checkout or pay for the order upon delivery with additional fee 15,45 SAR.
The maximum value for an order must not exceed 1000 SAR. If multiple parcels for the same addressee are in a single delivery, the total value of the parcels will be considered. The parcel should also contain no more than 3 pieces of the same product.
After the order is placed, our customer service will process it. Once the parcel is packed it will be transferred to the courier company.
You will receive e-mail notifications with the order status updates and the parcel tracking number. You can track your order at Naquel express website.
Kindly note that the status on the tracking may not change before the parcel is scanned at the hub. Once it is scanned, you are expected to receive an additional notification from courier company with the estimated delivery details.
