Lancome company has released a new rejuvenating skincare product called Genifique. Described as an "undisputed breakthrough in the beauty world", Genifique is positioned as a futuristic product that renews the activity of youth genes, thereby stimulating the production of young skin proteins.
According to Lancome, the new product is the result of a 10-year genomic and proteomic research program. Using a reconstructed skin model, the company demonstrated that the concentrated active substances in the Genifique formula renew the activity of certain genes and therefore enhance the synthesis of proteins typical of young skin.
