Bielenda Professional Face Program Ultra Hydrating Face Toner is a multi-effect product designed by the popular Polish brand to tone, invigorate, and freshen up the skin of the face while restoring its natural hydro balance. The lightweight texture of the toner penetrates deep into the skin to fight the dryness from within.
The formula of the product is enriched with Hyaluronic acid to restore the natural elasticity and smoothness of dry and dehydrated skin.
