Conditioner 4 for colored and thinning hair makes strands silky, voluminous, and manageable, it envelops the hair, increasing its elasticity and density. Directions for use: Apply to the scalp and hair from roots to ends. Leave on hair for 1 - 3 minutes. Rinse with water.
