The Murad Blemish Control Clarifying Toner is a cleansing and anti-inflammatory toner that tones and cleanses the skin. Its refreshing formula removes impurities from oily and problematic skin without causing irritation. The toner contains witch hazel, which narrows pores without drying out the skin, and allantoin, which soothes the facial skin.
The Murad Blemish Control Clarifying Toner also contains algae extract, which helps control excessive sebum secretion, thus purifying oily skin. The menthol in it refreshes and disinfects, preventing the appearance of breakouts.-
