Once, the founder of the Lalique brand was invited to the palace by a Japanese prince and asked to make ceremonial glassGates. The French jeweler combined the incomparable: technical perfection with elegant styling. To this day, these gates are considered a masterpiece of architecture, which is kept in the Tokyo Metropolitan Teien Museum. It is the motifs of the gate's decor (a female silhouette with glowing wings) that became the inspiration for modern masters in creating the bottle design.
