Essential Oil Blend "Anti-Cold" Aromatika

The "Anti-Cold" aromatic composition is a natural product made from a blend of eucalyptus and pine essential oils, which should be a staple in every medicine cabinet. During damp, chilly autumn, frosty winter, and early spring, this remedy will become your best ally, capable of boosting your immune system and resisting the common cold.

The product, developed in the laboratory of the Ukrainian brand "Aromatica", serves as a potent antiseptic and bactericidal agent for cold-related illnesses, beneficial not only to adults but also to children. Furthermore, this blend of essential oils alleviates inflammation of the genitourinary system, helps to eliminate rheumatic pain, and accelerates the healing process of wounds and skin cracks.

The scent of the productIncreases concentration and improves brain circulation. You can also use this aroma composition for eliminating acne, cleansing pores, removing skin spots and wrinkles, strengthening hair, and fighting dandruff.

Hot Inhalation: Add 2-3 drops of the mixture to 1 liter of hot water, lean your head over the steam, cover with a towel, and deeply breathe for 5-7 minutes. Keep your eyes closed!

Cold Inhalation: Apply 3-5 drops of the mixture to a napkin and make 10-20 slow deep breaths, then 5-7 short breaths. Repeat the procedure from 2 to 5 times with a 1-minute break.

Aromatherapy Bath: Dissolve 3-7 drops of the mixture in 1 tablespoon of honey or salt, cream, yogurt, kefir.Bath foam. Add the prepared solution to the bathtub. The procedure time is 10-20 minutes.

In baths and saunas: prepare aromatic water: add 5-10 drops of essential oil mix to 1-2 tablespoons of honey (or sea salt, whey, cream), dissolve in 500 ml of water. In the bath, use 1-1.5 liters of such aromatic water for soaking wooden floors, brooms, moisten the stove. In the sauna, place 200-300 ml of aromatic water in a vessel on the stove in the steam room for evaporation, and also sprinkle benches, walls. The procedure time is 3-20 minutes (increase gradually).

Compress/rubs: prepare the composition: add 5 drops of the mixture to 10-15 ml (dessert-tablespoon) of fatty oil orVodka: Soak a cloth in vodka and apply as a compress to the problem area (for example, to the chest) or conduct intensive rubbing with the mixture.

Massage: The effectiveness of a massage can be enhanced by adding 3-7 drops of the essential oil mixture to 10-15 ml (a dessert-spoon) of massage cream or fatty oil.

Enrichment of cosmetics with oil: Add 3-5 drops of the mixture to 1 dessert spoon of a cosmetic product (cream, gel, tonic, shampoo, balm...) stir, use as a normal cosmetic product.
